PRIME MINISTER ISSUED CODE OF CONDUCT FOR 5 YEARS IN RAJASTHSN
PRIME MINISTER ISSUED CODE OF CONDUCT FOR 5 YEARS IN RAJASTHSN
CHHOTA AKHBAR.
This is the first time that a Prime Minister spent three days in the state. During his three-day stay, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has issued a code of conduct for the state. Now work will be done in the state under the code of conduct issued by Modi. According to the Code, now no MLA will be the regional Chief Minister in the government like before, the MLAs themselves will work within their scope and under their authority. MLAs will not interfere in the posting of Collector and SP to Police Station Officers. Because till now in the governments, postings from Collector to SP to Patwari and from officer to peon were done on the recommendation of the regional MLA.
In such a situation, the Prime Minister believes that there were complaints of corruption in all these works. This also indicates that now the custom of Desire may end in Rajasthan like Gujarat. At the same time, no MP or MLA will behave insultingly or threateningly with government officials in the field. The elected public representatives will behave as per the basic decent and civilized culture of BJP. According to the code of conduct, now there will be no 'political vendetta' in Rajasthan, while relief has been provided to the bureaucracy which is afraid of Income Tax and ED. The Prime Minister said, 'Irresponsible attitude of the MLAs has come to my notice. MLAs use abusive language towards officers and doctors, all MLAs should behave politely with the common people and government employees. Rajasthan bureaucracy was overjoyed by such words of the Prime Minister. However, he said that the policy of zero tolerance in corruption cases will continue and the government will take strict and prompt action on complaints related to corruption. In such a situation, the officers of Gehlot camp were also positive about this announcement of the Prime Minister. Putting aside their political allegiances, the bureaucracy will now completely focus on the agenda of the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister. According to the code, there will be continuous remote monitoring of the government's functioning even at the PMO level. Special attention will be kept for successful monitoring of central schemes.
The
Gods of Knowledge believe that if the code of conduct announced by the Prime
Minister is strictly implemented and there is no interference of MPs and MLAs
in the day-to-day work of the administration, then the bureaucracy will be
comparatively more powerful. In such a situation, with the above words of the
Prime Minister, the entire face of Rajasthan's politics and bureaucracy will
completely change and a new political and administrative culture will emerge in
the next 100 days.
